Rating criteria defined:
- Communication- How government officials or agencies connect with the general public. Is their contact information readily available? Open door policy?
- Political Policies- How government officials or agencies are following through with their campaign agendas and mission statements. Have they upheld their policies or promises?
- Likeability- How government officials or agencies come across to the general public. Are they controversial?
- Ethical Actions- How government officials or agencies are making decisions in the publics interest. Are they trustworthy?
